Seth McKinney is a principal and co-founder at Sago Capital.

Seth is also a founding partner of Stafford Barrett, a full service commercial brokerage firm. At Stafford, Seth is responsible for helping to lead the brokerage’s vision and goals while fostering relationships with business owners. He is a recipient of the distinguished CCIM designation.

Seth is a Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association Board Member, past Board Member of BCS Habitat for Humanity, and is active with the Boys & Girls club. He is also an executive board member and a past chair of the Greater Brazos Partnership.

Seth received two degrees from Texas A&M University (Class of 2001) where he played on the football team and started 50 consecutive games at Center.

Seth was drafted into the NFL and went on to have a successful 8-year career with Miami, Cleveland, and Buffalo. He has been recognized as an Academic All-American, Scholar Athlete of the Year, two-time Offensive Lineman of the year, Offensive MVP, Team Captain, Second Team All-American, a member of the All-Big XII 10-Year Anniversary Team, and Texas UIL All-Century Team.

Seth lives in College Station with his wife Paige and their three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys CrossFit, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Barry Moore

Barry Moore is a principal and co-founder at Sago Capital.

Barry is also a founding partner at Stafford Barrett, a full services commercial brokerage firm. At Stafford, Barry has the responsibility for Commercial Property Sales and Leasing.

He is a recipient of the distinguished CCIM and SIOR designations. Of more than 125,000 commercial real estate professionals in the United State, only three percent hold both CCIM and SIOR designations. Barry is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtors Land Institute, and has served on the board of the Aggie Real Estate Network.

In 2014, he was appointed to the City of College Station’s Planning and Zoning Commission. In 2016, he was elected to the City Council for the City of College Station. In 2021, Texas Governor Greg Abbott appointed Barry the presiding officer of the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), and he was appointed to a second term in 2023.

Barry received a degree from Texas A&M University (Class of 2005) and is an avid fan of all Aggie sports. Barry lives in College Station with his wife Morgan and their four children. When not working, Barry enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Jeremy Osborne is a principal and co-founder at Sago Capital. Jeremy also serves as a regional board director for First Financial Bank. Previously, he served as co-founder of Pegasus Optimization Managers. Earlier, he worked for Alpha Reclaim Technology, CDM Resource Management, Dewey LeBeouf LLP, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, DC.

Jeremy has been featured in The New York TimesInc. magazine, the San Antonio Express-News, the American Oil and Gas Reporter, and on CNBC’s “Closing Bell.”

In 2014, The Association of Former Students named him one of “20 Young Aggies on the Rise.” He was also recognized as a Texas A&M Fish Camp Namesake in 2024.

He previously served on the College Station Planning and Zoning Commission and as chair of the Design Review Board. He is a past president of the Arts Council of the Brazos Valley and was awarded its DA “Andy” Anderson Award in 2023. He is a Leadership Brazos alumnus.

Jeremy currently serves as chair elect of the Greater Brazos Partnership. He was elected to the Texas Lyceum and appointed to the Blinn College Foundation board of directors in 2024.

In 2019, Jeremy was named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award regional finalist. His companies have been named to the Inc. 5000 and Entrepreneur 360 lists, and Inc.’s Best Workplaces in America.

Jeremy holds a BS from Texas A&M University and a JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy and elected to the Order of the Coif.

Jeremy also completed law clinic programs at Georgetown and Stanford Law School. He is admitted in Texas, Colorado, and the District of Columbia.

Frank Wallace

Frank Wallace is the Chief Operating Officer of Sago Capital. In this role, he oversees the company's daily operations, focusing on asset management and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. He joined the firm in 2024.

Frank's professional journey began in at Parkway Properties in Houston where he was an integral part of the operations team. He subsequently transitioned to Triten Real Estate Partners, where he played a key role in managing a substantial $1.5 billion portfolio and directing overall operations. Among his notable achievements were his contributions to the development of M-K-T in Houston Heights and Assembly Park in Plano, Texas.

During his previous time in College Station, Frank was involved in the B/CS Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Brazos class of 2010-2011.

Frank holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) institute.

He now resides in College Station with his wife and three children. Outside of his professional commitments, Frank enjoys outdoor activities, including hunting and golf.
