We have built an extensive network of CCIM and SIOR brokers as well as business owner and brokers across the country. We are continually surveying this network for investment opportunities.

Our team of brokers and analysts review each potential transaction to evaluate the property, market and tenant—including onsite inspections and visits by a firm principal. As a boutique office with in-house counsel, we can be creative with risk mitigation strategies and engage in detailed, lengthy negotiation.

We are strategic long-term investors and use tax efficient strategies including cost segregation studies on each investment to maximize return for investors. We offer 1031 and DST opportunities when available as well.
Our investment thesis involves identifying opportunistic, value-add and other strategic properties, primarily in growth-oriented secondary and tertiary markets.
