Barry Moore
Barry Moore is a principal and co-founder at Sago Capital.
Barry is also a founding partner at Stafford Barrett, a full services commercial brokerage firm. At Stafford, Barry has the responsibility for Commercial Property Sales and Leasing.
He is a recipient of the distinguished CCIM and SIOR designations. Of more than 125,000 commercial real estate professionals in the United State, only three percent hold both CCIM and SIOR designations. Barry is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtors Land Institute, and has served on the board of the Aggie Real Estate Network.
In 2014, he was appointed to the City of College Station’s Planning and Zoning Commission. In 2016, he was elected to the City Council for the City of College Station. In 2021, Texas Governor Greg Abbott appointed Barry the presiding officer of the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), and he was appointed to a second term in 2023.
Barry received a degree from Texas A&M University (Class of 2005) and is an avid fan of all Aggie sports. Barry lives in College Station with his wife Morgan and their four children. When not working, Barry enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his family.
